For the second year in a row, SKV has been awarded a “Tier 1” designation in White-Collar Criminal Defense in Houston, Texas. Following SKV’s “not guilty” verdict after the Deepwater Horizon criminal trial in 2016 (U.S. v. Kaluza), thus far in 2017 SKV has obtained a “not guilty” verdict after an insider trading trial (U.S. v. Roberts), complete dismissal of all charges in a public corruption case (State of Texas v. Rep. Dawnna Dukes), and a complete dismissal of all charges in a major environmental case involving alleged water pollution.
