SKV partner Shaun Clarke will deliver a guest lecture at the University of Michigan Law School on Wednesday, March 20th. Clarke will speak to environmental law students on the topic of “Defending The Environmental Criminal Case.” The lecture is offered in connection with the school’s innovative Environmental Law and Policy Program, which promotes scholarship, teaching, and interdisciplinary programs to address the myriad challenges facing our global environment.
Professor David Uhlmann, the ELP program’s director said “Shaun Clarke has led the defense of some of the most significant environmental cases of this century. He has a valuable perspective to offer our students. ”
