SKV Partner David Isaak to Speak to Houston Bar Association Law Practice Section

On February 14, 2023 at noon at Grotto Ristorante, David Isaak will be presenting a CLE to the Houston Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section on Preserving Privilege in a Digital Age.  David will present an overview of the current state of the law regarding the attorney-client privilege, including recent cases in the United States and Texas Supreme Courts. The CLE will also outline an attorney’s duty to maintain client confidences and  cover practical ways to ensure that the privilege is not waived and that client communications remain confidential.  The CLE will also be livestreamed for those who wish to attend online.
