Dawnna Dukes, a member of the Texas Legislature since 1994, has turned to SKV partners Shaun Clarke and Dane Ball in her defense against recent allegations of misconduct in office. On January 17, 2017, Rep. Dukes was charged in Travis County (Austin), Texas state court with allegedly misusing campaign and government funds, as well as allegedly receiving improper reimbursements.
Shaun Clarke spoke with media following the announcement of the charges:
