SKV is pleased to announce that our colleague Jenn Caughey has been appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to serve as a Justice on the First Court of Appeals. As reflected in the Governor’s announcement, Jenn is extraordinarily well-qualified for this position. We’re sorry to lose her, but when you try to assemble a law firm of first-rate lawyers with brains, judgment, and integrity, that can happen. Jenn has a desire to serve the public and we wish her all the best.
